Harmons Heating & Air, LLC. was founded in 2004 by Sara and Shawn Harmon.
Before founding Harmons, Shawn worked for an HVAC company that encouraged their technicians to continually expand their expertise. Eventually, Shawn was enough of an expert that he began teaching other HVAC technicians. Some of his students were technicians with decades of industry experience.
After years of teaching, Shawn felt called by God to do something different: Start his own company, Harmons.
