Shawn was absolutely amazing and provides top-quality service. He was able to diagnosis the issues and remedy them quickly. He worked on the heating/AC at our kid's apartment. He updated them and went above and beyond to call us parents out of town to ensure we knew what was happening and that our kids were taken care of as if they were his own. He ensured that the systems were safe and functional. We would highly recommend him!!

      Shawn Harmon was great to work with. He explained everything he did while assessing what needed to be done to fix our furnace. He gave us 3 different cost options for fixing the furnace. We really appreciated this because we couldn't afford the highest one to replace parts and do upgrades, but we could afford the middle price that fixed things and hot the furnace working again and should be good for some time. We like options.

      Shawn was very professional, wore a mask, wore shoe covers and cleaned up after his work.

      Our experience with Harmons Heating and Air was incredible. Shawn was extremely knowledgeable, helpful, and patient. He explained everything, asked if we had questions, and took his time to make sure we felt comfortable with the price and repairs every step of the way. He went above and beyond to ensure we understood more about the AC unit we had, how it worked, and what he was testing. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone. I literally remember thinking, "Wow, this guy is genuinely trying to help me." Way beyond 5 stars.

      WOW! I am very impressed with Harmons Heating and Air. I am a first-time customer. Our AC went out last night and I called to make an appointment first thing this morning. Shawn got right back to me and was able to come to my home today. He knew exactly what needed to be fixed. He was able to get the part needed to fix my AC today.
